This policy explains what information the 180 Training with Lori website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. 180 Training with Lori ("we," "us," "our") is owned by Lori Richey and based in Tell City, Indiana.

This policy covers this website. Your 180 Training membership, including your account, free trial, payments, workouts, and messages, runs in the 180 Training app, which is provided through the Movement platform. The member sign-in area on this website shows that app, so when you sign up or sign in there, your information goes to the app and the app's own privacy terms also apply.
Information you give us
When you send a message through our contact form, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to add it
- The topic you pick and your message
The form is delivered to us by email through a form-handling service. If you call or text us, we'll have your phone number and anything you tell us.
When you sign up for our newsletter, we receive your email address and, if you choose to add it, your first name. Your sign-up is stored with MailerLite, the email newsletter service we use to send you the newsletter.
Information collected automatically
This website doesn't use cookies, ads, or tracking tools. Like most websites, our web host may automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

This website isn't meant to collect information from children under 13. If you're under 18 and interested in training, please have a parent or guardian contact us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
